Robert Zeglarski serves as legal counsel to private and public growth companies at the law firm of Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLP.  He advises clients on corporate formation and structuring, finance and the protection and creation of intellectual property.  Additionally, Robert advises film financiers, producers and screenwriters on all aspects of film development and production.  He is General Counsel to Yarnspinner Entertainment Partners, an independent film production company, and a member of Independent Filmmaker Project (IFP), the nation’s oldest and largest organization of independent filmmakers.

 

Robert was elected to a three-year term as Councilman in his hometown and currently advises companies on the acquisition of municipal service contracts.  He has taught at the University of South Carolina Aiken where he served as an officer of the Faculty Assembly.  Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University and a Masters Degree from the University of South Carolina.
